Answer every seller lead,
day or night.
Miles texts every seller within 5 seconds, answers their questions, and books the appointment.
Most seller leads
end at the number
A seller sees a value on your site. Often, nobody follows up. Miles texts that seller within 5 seconds, answers their questions, and books the appointment. Texts, emails, calls, and the booking stay in one conversation your team can read.
Jordan still has a loan on the car and wants a firm offer. Booked for 1:00 PM tomorrow with Marcus.
One conversation per seller
- Texts and calls together
- The seller never repeats themselves, and your team sees every word.
- Books on your calendar
- Miles offers only times when a buyer is on shift and free.
- Hands off to a person
- A seller who asks for a person, or who is upset, goes to your team. Miles pauses on the lead.
- Summary on every lead
- A short summary and an intent rating tell your buyer what to expect.
Outbound and inbound calls
from one voice agent
Miles calls each seller who has not replied, in your contact hours. When a seller calls your Miles number, Miles answers at any hour. On every call it answers questions about the range, payoff, and timing, and it offers open times from your calendar.
- Outbound calls
- Miles calls a seller who has not replied to the text, in your contact hours.
- Inbound calls
- A seller who calls your Miles number gets Miles at any hour. Miles knows who they are and can book them.
- Handles interruptions
- Sellers can cut in, change the subject, or ask for a call back later.
- Voicemail
- No answer means a short voicemail and a follow-up text.
- Live transfer
- While you are open, Miles can connect the seller to the buyer on duty.
- Speaks English and Spanish
- With Spanish on, Miles answers a seller who speaks Spanish in Spanish.
- Says it is AI
- The first sentence of every call says Miles is an AI assistant.
- Transcript and recording
- Every call is saved on the lead. You choose how long recordings are kept.
Jordan still has a loan on the car and wants a firm offer. Booked for 1:00 PM tomorrow with Marcus.
- MilesHi, is this Jordan? This is Miles, the AI assistant at Northside Motors, about your Accord.
- JordanYeah, I got your text. Is that a real offer or just a number?
- MilesIt's a range from the car's history and recent local sales. A buyer here gives you a firm number in person. It takes about 20 minutes.
- JordanI still owe on it. Is that a problem?
- MilesNot at all. We handle the payoff with your lender at the visit. Bring your loan statement. I have tomorrow at 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM.
- JordanOne works.
- MilesYou're booked for tomorrow at 1:00 PM with Marcus. I'll text you the details.
A seller fills out the form
at 2 AM on Friday
The first text goes out in seconds. Calls and follow-ups wait for your contact hours. The plan stops the moment the seller replies, books, or texts STOP. Your managers set the call delay, the number of follow-ups, and the hours.
- 0:00Form
The seller enters a plate on your site and sees a trade-in range.
- 0:05Text
“Hi Jordan, it's Miles at Northside Motors. Your Accord is worth about $18,750–$20,250…”
- 1:00Call
No reply, so Miles calls. No answer, so it leaves a short voicemail.
- 2 hrText
“Want me to hold a time this week for a firm offer? It takes about 20 minutes.”
- 22 hrCall
A second call the next day, during your contact hours.
- 26 hrText
“Quick question: is your Accord paid off, or is there a loan on it?”
Your team opens to
booked appraisals
Today shows the appraisals on the calendar and the sellers who need a person. At 7 AM your managers get an email with yesterday's numbers and the same list.

Miles quotes only
the range you approved
Miles checks every text against your rules before it goes out. A text that breaks a rule is rewritten. If the rewrite breaks one too, Miles sends a safe reply and hands the lead to your team.
- Quotes only your range
- A text with a dollar amount outside the range you approved does not go out.
- Offers your manager approves
- Turn on offers, and Miles drafts one from your buy rules. Miles quotes it only after a manager approves it.
- No payoff math
- Miles does not discuss loan balances in dollars. Your buyer handles payoff at the visit.
- No price promises
- Words like "guaranteed" or "locked in" stop the text.
- Never claims to be a person
- Asked directly, Miles says it is an AI assistant for your dealership.
- Opt-out on the first text
- The first text tells the seller how to stop, and Miles saves their consent with the lead.
- STOP means stop
- A STOP reply ends all texts and calls to that number.
Your own seller site
on your domain
Sellers enter a plate or VIN and see a value range right away. Link it from your website, ads, and emails, or put the same form on your website with one script tag. It carries your name and colors, and texts and calls come from a local number.
What's your car worth? See your trade-in range in 30 seconds.

Questions
dealers ask
When does Miles text, email, and call?
The first text goes out seconds after the form, at any hour, because the seller just asked for a value. An email goes with it when the seller gave an email address. Calls and follow-ups wait for your contact hours, 8 AM to 8 PM by default, in the seller's time zone and yours.
Does Miles work with my CRM?
Miles keeps its own calendar, so it works with any CRM. Each booking goes to your CRM as a standard ADF/XML lead email. Webhooks also send each event to Zapier, Make, or your own system.
Is it legal to text and call these sellers?
Miles texts and calls only sellers who agreed to it: the consent box on your seller site, or your written confirmation for a lead source. It saves that consent with each lead, says it is AI on every call, and stops at STOP. Sellers without consent get email only. Ask your counsel about your own lead sources.
How do I know it works?
Reports show leads, bookings, show rate, and cars bought, by buyer and by store. Upload or email your stock-in report, and Miles matches each car to its lead by VIN and shows what Miles cost per car.
Will Miles quote a price?
Only the range you approve, one number if you prefer, or an offer a manager approved. It never promises a price. Your buyer makes the firm offer in person.
Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. Take over pauses Miles on that lead, and a text from your team does the same. On a call, Miles can transfer the seller to a person while you are open.
Does Miles speak Spanish?
Yes, when you turn on Spanish. Miles then answers in Spanish when a seller writes or speaks Spanish, on texts, emails, and calls.
Does Miles say it is AI?
Yes. It says so in the first message of every call and whenever a seller asks.
We have several stores. Can we see them together?
Yes. A manager at more than one store sees leads, bookings, and cars bought for each store in one report.
How long does setup take?
One sitting: your agent, your seller site, and a local number. Carriers review a new business for texting, usually for a few business days. Miles calls new leads in the meantime.
What does it cost?
From $750 a month per rooftop. Every plan has every feature; plans differ by the seller leads they include each month. There are no per-minute charges, and Miles keeps answering if you go over.
